gkurve: simpler vector graphics

Artists, game developers, and designers alike often face the choice of whether to use bitmap graphics or vector graphics. That choice has major implications from author tooling to visual quality, performance costs, and capabilities. In this talk, I discuss a bet we’re making with Mach engine in developing gkurve: a new perspective on old ideas, making the case for simpler vector graphics that sit between the two extremes of today and re-imagining what vector graphics could be end-to-end - from tooling to capabilities.
